All Planning Matters have been referred to the Planning Committee for comments and recommendations prior to the Parish Council meeting.  All addresses are Barton under Needwood unless otherwise stated.

The under mentioned Planning Applications have been received:

St James Parish Church (TN/19394/012/MB) – Reduction in canopy by 1m of one Holly Tree. No Objections.

6 Catholme Lane (PA/32074/004/MB) – Erection of a detached stable block including tack room and store and formation of a manege, including hard standing and access roads. No Objections.

88 The Limes (TN/06331/009/MB) Removal of branches from 2 Robinia trees. No Objections.

106 Main Street (TN/25723/003/MB) – Felling of 1 no. ash tree Cllrs Comment – We note this tree is subject to a TPO and rely on the Borough Officers decision.

St James Church – (TN/19394/013/CEH) – Removal of one Lawson Cypress tree. No Objections.

Plum Tree Cottage 16 Short Lane (OU/27016/009/MB) – Outline application for the erection of one detached dwelling and a detached garage including details of access and layout. (To be viewed by Cllr. Sharkey).

Fat Cat, 23 Main Street (CU/00976/015/MB) – Change of use from shop (Class A1) to coffee shop (Class A3). No Objections.
